Most Parcels within Australia are delivered by Australia Post within 2-8 Business Days to Metro Areas depending on location. Some Rural Areas may take longer.

Although we dispatch on time, please beware that some deliveries may take longer as we don't have any control over Australia Post. If you haven't received your item within the time frames specified please contact us at support@primalpetgear.com.au and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.

If parcel is lost in mail we will send you a free replacement at our own cost.
