When will I receive my products?
We only currently ship to Australia only.
FREE STD SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE FOR ORDERS OVER $39
We usually ship your parcel same day if purchased before 2pm on a Business Day.
All Shipment are traceable via a Tracking Number emailed to you on dispatch.
Most Parcels within Australia are delivered by Australia Post within 2-8 Business Days to Metro Areas depending on location. Some Rural Areas may take longer.
Although we dispatch on time, please beware that some deliveries may take longer as we don't have any control over Australia Post. If you haven't received your item within the time frames specified please contact us at support@primalpetgear.com.au and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.
If parcel is lost in mail we will send you a free replacement at our own cost.
Do you Deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes, because we use Australia Post we can deliver to PO Boxes.

Shipping Status:
- As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
- If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don’t worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we’ll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe.
Order changes:
- Please contact us immediately with any changes to your order. Note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be swapped for other designs.
Item not received:
- If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it while the tracking status shows it has been delivered we recommend that you contact the courier to locate your shipment. If the problem persists, please email us at support@primalpetgear.com.au.
